Crucial Crew has launched a poster competition following a successful month of safety learnings for 1400 year six pupils across Pembrokeshire. Three lucky pupils will win individual prizes, with £500 also being awarded to the school of the pupil who takes first place in the competition.
Paul Sartori Hospice at Home, a local charity based in Haverfordwest, is delighted to announce that they have recently been awarded a grant from the South Hook LNG Community Fund. The Grant of just under £5,000, administered by PAVS (Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services), is helping the charity to widen their support and education around caring for end-of-life patients with dementia.
Partner Agencies gathered at South Hook LNG recently, for the launch of what will be a month-long safety campaign with local schools, during November.
Community groups and projects from across Pembrokeshire are continuing to benefit from the financial support offered through South Hook LNG’s Community Fund.
While this year has posed a significant challenge to schools and pupils across the world, local children have continued to embrace new ways of learning in the great outdoors, courtesy of a scheme funded by South Hook LNG and the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust and delivered in partnership with, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
Following the success of the Gwreiddiau/Roots education project during 2020, South Hook LNG and Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Trust, are continuing their partnership for a second year.
