Dear Neighbour,
RE: South Hook - COMAH* Alarm Test
I am writing to inform you that as part of our quarterly safety communications we will be testing two sirens on Tuesday 6th April 2010. One is the COMAH* Alarm and the other is the All Clear Alarm. No action need be taken by residents on hearing these alarms.
The two sirens will be tested at 14:30hrs and 19:30hrs. During this testing two different sounds will be heard alternately. The COMAH Alarm has a distinctive on/off sound (an intermittent tone) and the All Clear Alarm is a single continuous tone.
Residents can hear a recording of the COMAH Alarm and the All Clear Alarm by calling our special phone number on 0800 046 3470 or going to our website www.southhooklng.com.
South Hook has also set up a community phone line for any enquiries. The number is 01437 782012. In addition to this, a dedicated email address has been set up which members of the community can write to if they would like to raise any points. The address is publicinfo@southhooklng.com.
Once again I would like to thank you for your continued support.
Kind Regards
Mohammed Al-Naimi
