South Hook has fair and auditable procedures in dealing with suppliers and contractors throughout the procurement cycle to ensure that they meet South Hook's high requirements including Safety, Quality, Availability and Cost. It also aims to promote the use of local suppliers and contractors.
Registration Process
In identifying suppliers and contractors, South Hook wishes to develop a database that recognises companies that can potentially provide goods and services to South Hook as and when required. Those companies interested in being included within this database, must email the following requirements:

Prior to any issue of a pre-qualification or Invitation to Tender, South Hook will review this database to identify potential companies for the required goods or services and decide which companies will partake in the procurement process.
Any submission of interest does not guarantee that any supplier or contractor will be included in any of South Hook's pre-qualifications or Invitation to Tenders.
