The utmost care is taken to ensure that emergency situations do not arise but staff are still well prepared in the unlikely event of such a situation happening.
An onsite simulator, similar to an aircraft simulator, enables employees to learn how to respond to, and deal with dangerous situations, in as realistic a setting as possible.
