Why Milford Haven?
  Leading the Way
As the UK's North Sea gas reserves dwindle, South Hook's supply of liquefied natural gas will have the potential to provide a significant proportion of the UK's gas requirements.
South Hook is a liquefied natural gas receiving terminal which is currently under construction at Milford Haven, Pembrokeshire, Wales. It will allow the importation and regasification of LNG.

The terminal comprises a jetty, which will allow the docking of large tankers, and five tanks into which the LNG will be pumped as well as a regasification plant.

The LNG from Qatar will travel from its origin in the Arabian Gulf through the Red Sea and Suez Canal to its destination in the deep water harbour at Milford Haven in a fleet of dedicated LNG ships.

Qatargas 2
Qatargas has been at the forefront of the liquefied natural gas industry in Qatar since 1984.
